Food you need to calm your nerves




  •  food  rich in Carbohydrate
  • Carrots, apricots, parsley juice and turnip greens 
  • Eating regular meals 
  • Vitamin B rich foods like potatoes,, bananas ,
  • Flax- seeds and nuts are rich sources of omega 3 fatty acids
  • Tea rich in anti oxidants 
  • Magnesium is very important to  improve circulation in the blood and maintain good bone health, nerves and muscles. Sources of magnesium are  spinach, cucumber, celery, broccoli, turnip and pumpkin seeds.
