1- Exercise to stand on the edge of the feet at least 8 times daily 



 




2 -  doing it 8 times for every leg daily 
 



3 - Exercise for  stomach >> 8 times daily 


 



4-  an exercise for the stomach for men>>> 8 times for every leg daily 

 



5 - make it at least 8 times daily 
 



6- This is very excellent exercise to flatten the abdomen, as shown 8 times daily
