ReplyDeleteA 27 yr old patient with complain of fatigue,muscle ache and tiredness aftre little phyiscal stress,vitals are.no hepato spleenomegaly. normlbp120\80,pulse65bpm,weight 78kg,..lab exam reveal.leucocytes count 2.8g/l,lympho 48%,All markers of hepartisis are negative no hitory of tuberculosis and the patient is not a i.v drug abuser.possible diagnose and what next to do?
